Job summary

Meta seeks a senior commercial transactions lawyer to lead drafting, negotiating and structuring agreements for its Asia-Pacific network infrastructure initiatives. You will work with internal teams and external counsel to calibrate risk, ensure policy alignment and drive efficient contract execution across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 8+ years in commercial transactions or telecoms, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience in APAC cross-border projects.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent to practice in assigned location.
• 8+ years post-qualification experience in commercial transactions, infrastructure, or telecoms law.
• Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating technical infrastructure agreements.
• Comfort communicating complex legal matters to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate a broad range of infra and telecom agreements for APAC deployments.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Compliance and external counsel to align contracts with company policies and risk tolerance.
• Use AI tools to enhance contract drafting, research and review workflows.
• Manage multiple negotiations and priorities under deadline pressure.
