Job summary

EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Controls professional to ensure accurate revenue and cost reporting and to drive budgeting and cost-control activities across engineering and construction projects.

You will work with project managers and finance teams to prepare monthly reports and cash flows, support audits, and help manage risk through change orders, budgets, and forecasts. A Diploma in Engineering or Science and extensive cost-control experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or Science required.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering & construction; at least 5 years in cost control.
• High proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), PowerPoint and Word.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue and cost reporting on a timely basis.
• Review WBS and budgets with Procurement, Subcontracts Leads, and PMs.
• Prepare reports on revenue, budgets, cash flows, forecasts per management reporting requirements.
• Monitor actual vs committed costs and analyze trends.
• Prepare monthly cost reports (Excel or EcoSys) and client reports.
• Support audits and risk management processes.
