EXYTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior Cost Controller/Project Controls professional to manage cost control, budgeting, forecasts, and cash flows for engineering projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with procurement, subcontracts, and project teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and timely invoicing. The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 10 years of cost control experience in engineering and construction environments.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of cost control experience in Engineering & Construction.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with Procurement & Subcontracts Leads and Project Managers to review and set up WBS and budgets.
• Prepare reports on revenue, budgets, commitments, and cash flows for management reporting.
• Monitor actual vs. committed costs and analyze trends.
• Verify cost allocations by Work Package and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Prepare monthly cash flow and 15-week cash flow projections.
• Support CO to clients and assist with estimates and documentation.
• Prepare billing memos and liaise with Finance to record invoices in SAP.
• Maintain cost registers, change orders, and budget transfers.
• Assist PMs with risk registers and manpower planning data.
