Job summary

Talent Trader Group is hiring an accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts in Singapore. You will reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, AR, AP, and fixed assets, and prepare balance sheets, P&L, and other financial reports.

You will also assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and support audits. The role requires 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an MNC, and will involve implementing new finance systems and ensuring GAAP and SOX

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably from a MNC environment.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of accounts.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting.
• Support the preparation of audit schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Provide overall support to the implementation of new accounting systems and finance processes.
• Ensure comply with company policies, practices and procedures, GAAP, and SOX standards.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
