Job summary

Cerebral Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead corporate and golf events from concept to delivery. You will manage end-to-end planning, budgeting, vendor management, and client liaison to ensure memorable experiences and commercial success.

The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with golf events, and willingness to travel regionally and work outside normal hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant event management experience including corporate events.
• Experience organising golf events or tournaments with knowledge of formats and scoring.
• Able to manage budgets, suppliers, clients and multiple projects.
• Strong written and spoken English with stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with event platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop event concepts, budgets, proposals and execution plans aligned with client objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of corporate and golf events from conferences to gala dinners.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including registration, AV, staging, catering and transport.
• Lead staff, agencies, and volunteers with clear briefings.
• Build relationships with clients, venues, sponsors and partners.
• Conduct post-event reviews and present financial results.
