United Overseas Bank Ltd invites an experienced Assistant VP to strengthen our Corporate Action operations. You will support daily activities, participate in new product implementations, and drive automation initiatives using Macro and VBA to boost efficiency.

The role requires deep knowledge of MAS/SGX processing, strong data analysis, and ability to manage risks while delivering on KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 8 to 10 years in a banking operations environment.
• Experience in driving initiatives and change implementations.
• Good knowledge of MAS and SGX processing.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Knowledge of corporate actions for local and foreign markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL and data analysis skills advantageous.
• Expertise in tax matters would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily operational support in the Corporate Action environment.
• Involve in new product implementations and process automation initiatives.
• Improve corporate action processes through system enhancements (Macro, VBA).
• Analyze corporate action data, event terms, and payment processes.
• Ensure processing KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls compliance.
• Carry out management reporting and other duties as assigned.
