Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in driving initiatives and change implementations.

Responsibilities

• Improve corporate action processes through GenAI and system enhancements.
• Streamline processes to optimize productivity and efficiency using Marco, VBA.
• Analyze corporate action data, including event terms and payments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and bank policies.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks in corporate actions processing.
• Prepare management reports as directed by Department Head and Division Management.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Understanding of business operations
• Ability to identify business requirement and challenges through data analysis.
• Improve corporate action process through GenAI.
• Streamline corporate action processes through system enhancements to achieve optimum productivity and process efficiency using Marco, VBA program.
• Analyze and interpret corporate action data, including event terms and conditions and payment process.
• Adhere to processing KPIs, Service Levels and compliant with internal controls and various legislation, regulations and bank policies
• In-depth understanding of product parameters, policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements on domestic and global market operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with corporate actions processing.
• Carry out management reporting and any other assignments as given by Department Head and Division Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma with 6 years in a banking operations environment, preferably in securities operations.
• Experience in driving initiatives and change implementations
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MAS and SGX processing
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques
