Job summary

JAC Recruitment on behalf of a Japanese securities firm is seeking a Corporate Access Specialist to expand its investor engagement platform across Japan and Asia. The role focuses on delivering bespoke access opportunities, managing events, and building relationships with corporate issuers and institutional investors.

You will coordinate roadshows, conferences, investor trips, and site visits, working with Sales, Research, Trading, and Compliance to ensure timely execution and high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, or related field in financial institutions.
• Experience supporting Japanese corporate clients is highly preferred.
• Proven track record organizing conferences, investor events, roadshows, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a broad range of corporate access initiatives, including roadshows, investor trips, non-deal roadshows, conferences, events, and site visits.
• Partner with corporate issuers and institutional investors to facilitate engagement opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including scheduling, venue sourcing, travel, attendee coordination, and materials production.
• Coordinate with Sales, Research, Trading, and Compliance to identify access opportunities and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain detailed records of meetings, interactions, event participation, and pipeline activity.
• Uphold regulatory, internal policy, and compliance standards.
