Our client, a Japanese securities firm, seeks a highly organized Corporate Access Specialist to expand its access platform across Japan and Asia, delivering bespoke investor-corporate engagement opportunities and managing event execution. The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and a client‑focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of prior experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Corporate Services, Event Management, Travel Coordination, Client Services, or a related field within financial institutions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver a broad range of corporate access initiatives, including roadshows, investor marketing trips, conferences, and site visits.
• Partner with corporate issuers and institutional investors to facilitate engagement opportunities and maximize participation.
• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including scheduling, venue sourcing, travel arrangements, attendee coordination, and production of event materials.
• Ensure seamless delivery of events with high client service standards and stakeholder experience.
• Serve as a key liaison between corporate clients, institutional investors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Research, Trading and Compliance to identify access opportunities and respond to client demand.
• Handle incoming corporate access requests and coordinate resources for timely execution.
• Support initiatives to strengthen client relationships and grow the corporate access offering.
• Track market developments and produce internal reports on activity and pipeline management.
