Job summary

Capital seeks a Core Operations Lead Analyst to shape and lead the operational delivery of institutional separate accounts (SA) across Singapore. This role requires deep expertise in investment operations, strong project management capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive scalable solutions and continual improvement.

You will lead risk assessment, influence decisions, and collaborate with custodians and internal teams, coaching colleagues while driving automation and workflow

Responsibilities

• lead collaboration between multiple global teams to achieve business outcomes
• build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners (e.g. custodians)
• coach and mentor team members, providing leadership and guidance in issue resolution
• identify, drive, and implement continuous improvements through process design, automation, and workflow simplification
• lead cross-functional projects and act as a central lead analyst connection point across Investment Operations to triage issues and deliver solutions
