Job summary

fpt asia pacific pte. ltd. is seeking a senior technical delivery lead for core policy admin systems, including Life Asia/Life400. You will own the technical design, coordinate cross-functional teams, and guide junior engineers in delivering COBOL/400 and middleware integrations.

You will collaborate with product owners to align on product launches, orchestrate integrations, and ensure compliance with release management practices while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Life Policy admin features and functionality.
• Experience in Insurance/Financial industry, with Life Asia/Life400 exposure.
• Experience in COBOL/400 programming for LifeAsia/Life400.
• Knowledge of surrounding applications like underwriting engines and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Define technical design for product launches and post-launch features.
• Lead technical delivery of assigned tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with business owners and delivery leads to drive solutions.
• Provide guidance to junior IT members and ensure timely delivery.
• Architect and implement middleware integrations with front-end/mobile apps.
• Maintain awareness of industry updates to propose suitable solutions.
