Job summary

Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Life Policy admin features and functionalities.
- 5+ years in Insurance/Financial Industry with Life Asia/Life400 experience.
- 5+ years of COBOL/400 programming on LifeAsia/Life400.
- Experience with underwriting engines, front-end/mobile apps, and workflow.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on automation.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of core application deliverables for product launches and post-launch features.
- Deliver engineering outputs for Life Asia/Life400 products and CCM, middleware integrations.
- Define technical designs with Product Owners and tech leads for launches and enhancements.
- Guide junior IT members and ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
- Lead technical delivery and coordinate with delivery leads and business users.
- Engage stakeholders to articulate and validate technical solutions.
- Contribute to policy admin system architecture and best practices.
- Maintain awareness of insurance/financial industry developments.
- Support release management, deployment methodologies, and environment management.
- Recommend effective solutions for issues and pursue process automation.
