Job summary

RTX, Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair, is seeking a CORE Engineer to drive functional expertise within PWCS-CAS. The role focuses on CORE and transformation initiatives, aligning with business objectives and the site improvement roadmap.

Responsibilities include deploying CORE principles, leading root-cause analysis, and supporting digital transformation with Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience in MES/ERP and aerospace manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with 2–4 years experience or Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment of CORE principles across operations to achieve Quality, Cost, Delivery goals.
• Serve as CORE Champion and point of contact for tools and techniques, providing training to cross‑functional teams.
• Support CORE projects to align with site improvement roadmap and enterprise objectives.
• Lead root cause analysis using CORE tools (5 Whys, Fishbone) to resolve operational issues.
• Support CORE Control Room (CCR) operations and data collection.
• Foster continuous improvement and coordinate resources for CORE initiatives.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Support ongoing Digital Transformation projects and deploy visual management tools.
• Design and deploy low-code workflows using Power Apps to digitize processes.
• Use Power Automate to streamline approvals and data notifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation on the shop floor.
• Ensure data structures support transformation initiatives and standard work.
