Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business, is seeking a CORE Manager to drive functional expertise and leadership within Asia Pacific Aftermarket Operations. You will align CORE/SPS initiatives with strategic objectives, oversee CCR rollout, and partner with Digital Transformation teams to deploy visual tools and continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and executing operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CORE / Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and their application to business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams, managing multiple priorities and driving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive CORE/SPS initiatives aligning with business strategies and goals.
• Oversee CORE Control Room (CCR) implementation across Aftermarket Operations.
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation teams to deploy visual management tools and SPS enhancements.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives including Kaizen events and value stream mapping.
• Coordinate resources and ensure training and certification programs for CORE.
