Job summary

Fuku is seeking a senior consulting leader to drive end-to-end core banking transformation and advise on strategy, operating models, and roadmaps across Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, and more.

The role focuses on leading multi-stream programs, stakeholder alignment, and delivering high-impact, governance-driven outcomes for banking clients, with responsibility for coaching teams and executive-level deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional consulting experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale banking transformation.
• Experience in client advisory and executive-level delivery.
• Deep knowledge of banking domains (Payments, Lending, Trade Finance, etc.).
• Strong proposal development and pipeline development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end core banking transformation programs with governance and delivery excellence.
• Advise on strategy, operating models, and roadmaps across banking domains.
• Provide advisory support to client executives on risks, prioritization and benefits realization.
• Manage multi-stream programs and align stakeholders around business value and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate executive forums, workshops, and steering committees to accelerate transformation.
