Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Core Banking Tester to join our banking client in Singapore.

The role focuses on validating complex financial processes and ensuring testability of requirements. You will drive SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing across core banking modules, provide guidance to testing teams, and support release readiness, production deployment, and post-implementation verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of Banking & Financial Services experience.
• 5+ years of Core Banking Testing experience.
• Proficiency in Core Banking domains: CIF, CASA & Deposits, Lending & Loan Servicing, General Ledger, Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing.
• Experience with T24, Finacle, Flexcube, Mambu or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of FAST, GIRO, Pay Now, SWIFT, ISO 20022; ETL and Data Warehouse Testing.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and ensure testability.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Drive SIT,UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing activities.
• Provide functional guidance to testing teams on Core Banking processes.
• Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Track testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and delivery status.
• Support release readiness, production deployment, and post-implementation verification.
