Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a dedicated manual tester to verify core banking applications in Singapore. You will design and execute test scenarios and scripts from business requirements, covering functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Collaborating with Business Analysts and developers, you will validate end-to-end banking workflows, ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity, and manage defects through JIRA or HP ALM to timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in manual testing of core banking applications.
• Experience designing detailed test scenarios, test cases and scripts from business requirements.
• Knowledge of regression, integration and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and data integrity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and execute test scenarios, cases, and scripts from business requirements.
• Validate end-to-end banking workflows with BAs, developers and stakeholders.
• Identify, log, track and retest defects using JIRA or HP ALM.
• Verify data accuracy and transaction processing across Core Banking modules and downstream systems.
