Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Testing Analyst with 1–2 years of web and mobile application testing experience in the banking industry. You will articulate user requirements, participate in reviews, and execute UAT cases across multiple projects.

The role involves collaboration with stakeholders across regional offices, familiarity with Agile and Waterfall, and a focus on QA processes, automation, and best practices in a dynamic banking setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of web and mobile testing experience in the banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills to process complex requirements into end-to-end test cases.
• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies and testing life cycle (auto/manual).
• Experience with QA processes and tools including Confluence and JIRA.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for automation, standardization and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements, articulate and document user requirements; participate in review sessions with stakeholders.
• Conduct review sessions with Product GTS, Operations BAU and Technology teams for user stories, functional specs, test plans and rollout materials.
• Execute UAT cases, analyze issues, and provide UAT status reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support including live end-user verification during rollout.
• Provide test support across regional offices when needed.
• Handle testing for multiple project deliverables concurrently.
