Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Banking Testing Specialist to lead SIT, UAT and E2E testing for EWF applications in a banking environment. You will review requirements, define test strategies, validate workflows, drive defect management, and collaborate across Business, Product Owners, Development, and Infrastructure to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of Banking Testing experience.
• Strong experience in Workflow Management / Case Management applications.
• Hands-on SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, Defect Management, and Test Governance.
• Experience with Jira, ALM, Zephyr, or equivalent test management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, Middleware, and Integration Testing.
• Experience in AI Chatbot/Talkbot Testing, Conversational AI, or GenAI testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing for EWF applications.
• Review business requirements and define comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
• Validate workflow routing, approvals, escalations, notifications, SLAs, and business rules.
• Perform integration testing across upstream and downstream banking applications.
• Drive defect management, RCA, quality assurance, and production readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful releases.
