You’ll play a key role in making sure our ships sail full, efficient, and on schedule balancing customer demands, operational constraints, and commercial priorities.
Managing vessel space– ensuring ships are well-utilised across different trade routes
Planning cargo allocation– tactical decision making based on booking development.
Monitoring bookings– tracking how quickly space is filling up and adjusting plans when needed
Making real-time decisions– prioritising cargo when space is limited or disruptions occur
Working with global teams– coordinating with planners, commercial teams, and customer service across regions
Handling operational challenges– e.g. delays, transshipment connections, or special cargo requirements
Improving performance– supporting KPIs such as vessel utilisation, booking response time, and on‑time loading
Stronganalytical thinkingand keen to work with numbers and patterns.
