Job summary

OCEANDA IMPEX PTE. LTD. is looking for an experienced cook to prepare a variety of dishes in a busy restaurant. You will follow established recipes, ensure timely service, and maintain high quality and presentation.

In this role you will supervise junior kitchen staff, monitor food safety and hygiene, manage inventory, and assist with ordering while thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Ability to prepare a variety of dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Experience in supervising or guiding kitchen staff is an advantage.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high food quality standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
