Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Tender/Procurement Specialist to support construction projects. You will work with Clients, Project Manager and Consultants on procurement of works, prepare tender documents, conduct tender briefing and site show rounds, and manage tender Closures and evaluations.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building/Quantity Survey or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience with PSSCOC or bespoke contracts, plus local

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building/ Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience on projects using PSSCOC or bespoke contracts.
• Experience on local public projects is desired.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clients, Project Manager and Consultants on procurement of works for construction projects.
• Prepare and compile tender documents.
• Conduct tender briefing / site show rounds.
• Call and close tenders / quotations.
• Evaluate tenders and quotations and prepare tender/quotation reports.
• Prepare draft Letter of Award.
• Compile Contract Agreement for Client’s execution.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
