Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in QS, CE, or construction mgmt.
• 8+ years in contract management and tendering in construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, PSSCOC, FIDIC, and tendering.
• Proven bid leadership and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tendering process from pre-tender to post-tender stages.
• Review contract terms and tender documents to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams for cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Negotiate with clients, consultants, subcontractors for favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company policies.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on tendering strategies and cost control.
