Job summary

PAS People's Association is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee end-to-end administration of development project contracts, ensuring compliance with PA policies and government guidance. You will manage contract variations, claims and final accounts while maintaining governance and audit-ready documentation.

The role requires strong contract law knowledge, governance judgement and stakeholder communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and digital contract management tools.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of construction contract law and standard forms (e.g., PSSCOC).
• Experience in governance, dispute resolution and contract administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Meticulous, self-driven with emphasis on governance, innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage development project contracts from pre-construction to final account closure, compliant with PA policies and IMs.
• Handle variations, extensions of time, loss and expense claims and final accounts with sound judgement.
• Maintain robust contract documentation and audit-ready records.
• Monitor milestones, budgets and contractor performance to identify risks early.
• Engage stakeholders on contractual matters and document PA positions.
• Support cost data inputs for benchmarking and planning; identify process improvements.
