Job summary

SEIKO WALL PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project manager in Singapore to oversee building facade projects from planning through completion.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensure quality, timely delivery within budget. The role requires strong leadership, organization, planning, and interpersonal skills. Applicants with contractual management knowledge will have an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Project Management or equivalent.
• Min 3 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
• Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage all activities connected with a project from planning, through design and implementation till completion stage.
• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform with constraints of schedules, budgets and resources.
• Interact with clients consultants and building contractor to drive the project and to meet customer's expectations.
• Monitor project progress and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure performance on project ultimately meets clients expectations in term of quality standards, on-time completion and within cost.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
