Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of contract management experience on large scale building/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with MOF DPC Gateway Process is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management functions and pre/post contract administration for Changi East.
