Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Contracts (Building/Civil) to lead cost management for large-scale building projects in the Changi East programme. The role involves pre- and post-contract administration, budgeting, tender processes, and coordination with consultants and project teams.

You will drive risk identification, governance enhancements, and mentoring of junior staff, ensuring robust contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in contract management for large-scale building or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Understanding of procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the cost management functions and pre and post contract administration of contracts for Changi East.
• Oversee budgeting & cost estimating, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation reports, progress payments, assessment of change/variation requests and claims.
• Collaborate with Project Officers, consultants, quantity surveyors and stakeholders to establish robust cost estimates, monitor expenditures and support funding approvals.
