Job summary

Changi Airport Group is recruiting a project manager to lead end-to-end delivery for major civil infrastructure works in the Changi East/T5 scope. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring adherence to time, cost and quality targets.

The role requires strong experience in project management, risk management, and construction administration, with a proactive, independent, team-oriented mindset for fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in construction.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience in Program Risk Management.
• 3+ years in construction management with clients/owners on major civil infra projects or deep excavations 15m+.
• Familiarity with site supervision, QA/QC and construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage project life cycle from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, design consultants, and contractors.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies on works aspects, time, cost and quality.
