Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction or quantity surveying with contract knowledge.
• Experience in contract administration and extension of time / loss and expense claims advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requirements, notices, and schedules to ensure compliance.
• Monitor contract completion, track delays and impacts.
• Prepare and negotiate claims for extension of time and costs.
• Support quantity surveying activities: variations, payment claims, final accounts, tender reviews.
• Liaise with consultants/solicitors on claims and legal matters.
• Coordinate with project director/manager and construction planner for planning and execution.
• Assist in purchase/work order agreements and vendor negotiations.
