Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee contractual and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk through robust contract administration.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent, with construction experience preferred. You will manage variations, prepare final accounts, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Preferably have experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of our projects and contract administration.
• Advise on variations, extensions of time, and loss and expense.
• Draft contractual correspondence and project documentation.
• Maintain contractual records and communications with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Review project-related correspondence and advise on commercial implications.
• Ensure signed contracts are communicated to project teams and provide guidance.
• Prepare and submit variations and final accounts timely.
• Support ISO audits and quality management systems.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and supporting project success through effective contract administration.
• Provide strategic advice to project staff on the identification, notification, and preparation of variations, extension of time claims, and associated loss and expense.
• Participate in the development of solicitations and assist in drafting all contractual correspondence and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate contractual records and documentation, including management of correspondence with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Review project-related correspondence and develop suitable response strategies, advising on commercial and contractual implications.
• Ensure all signed contracts are clearly communicated to relevant project teams and provide contract awareness, interpretation, and guidance.
• Prepare and submit variations and final accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support ISO audits and contribute to the implementation of quality management systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:
