Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is seeking a Senior Legal Lead to structure, draft and negotiate the company’s largest client transactions. You will advise senior leaders on legal risks, manage a team of junior lawyers, and stay abreast of market developments to shape contracting practices.

The role requires extensive experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing. You will educate executives on risk management and help evolve internal guidelines, tools, and knowledge capital

Qualifications

LLB or JD (or equivalent) is required and legal licensure in at least one SEA jurisdiction.
Extensive transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and outsourcing.
Proven ability to negotiate technology-based agreements and manage risk.

Responsibilities

Lead, structure, draft and negotiate complex client transactions including master services and outsourcing agreements.
Advise senior leadership on legal risks and market implications.
Manage and mentor junior legal professionals in transactions.
Stay current on developments affecting clients and industries and integrate into transactional practices.
Educate executives on legal and risk management issues.
Develop subject matter expertise to support Legal and Sales leadership.
Support internal guidelines and knowledge capital for contracting.
Help implement Legal’s initiatives and adapt to seven contracting attributes.
