Job summary

ATLAZ PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial and contracts team on Singapore-based projects.

You will take ownership of project finances, contract administration, variations, claims and final accounts, collaborating with project managers, clients and consultants. Ideal candidates have about 5+ years in QS/Contract Management in Singapore's construction sector, preferably from M&E or building services environments, with strong

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Around 5+ years of relevant QS/Contract Management experience in Singapore construction.
• Experience in M&E, ACMV, Electrical, Building Services or Main Contractor environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with project and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractual and commercial matters for M&E and building-services projects.
• Handle cost control, budgeting, cash flow and commercial reporting.
• Prepare, evaluate and manage variation orders, claims and final accounts.
• Review contracts, subcontract agreements, quotations and commercial terms.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement and tender activities.
• Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks or cost overruns.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on commercial issues.
• Provide commercial advice and support to project management.
