Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Deputy Director (Contract Management – Development) to lead the end-to-end contract management for PA development project contracts, spanning from pre-construction design through to post-construction final account closure. You will ensure governance, protect PA's interests and enable timely delivery of community infrastructure.

Professional qualifications in building/construction management or related field.
Experience leading a team in infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with government procurement frameworks and contract law.

Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of CC development contracts across full lifecycle.
Develop and maintain contract administration governance and records.
Provide expert contractual advice on disputes and claims.
Monitor milestones, finances and contractor performance.
Build relationships with project divisions, consultants and contracting parties.
Lead cost analytics and support benchmarking across portfolio.
Align cost planning and submissions with Corporate Finance requirements.
Drive process improvements and adoption of technology in contract management.
Develop team capability and manage resources and budgets.
