International SOS is seeking a senior content and campaign professional to lead content strategy and execution across digital and service channels in Singapore. You will manage curated content, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to drive client engagement and utilization.

The role requires extensive experience with CMS and marketing automation tools, plus strong project management and stakeholder coordination to deliver high-impact campaigns for B2B/B2C programs across multiple channels.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in content/campaign management across travel, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
• Experience with campaign management tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, MoEngage)
• Strong CMS and marketing automation experience (Eloqua, Marketo)
• Proven ability to manage B2B/B2C campaigns and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Aufgaben

• Oversee content creation and governance across websites, apps, and campaigns
• Manage campaign marketing and CMS platforms in partnership with digital product teams
• Manage campaign management tools (Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, MoEngage)
• Manage vendors and ensure content quality aligns with brand and client objectives
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support client programs
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to optimize content usage
• Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements
• Plan, create and oversee production of content and marketing materials, including Aspire and partner offerings
• Manage and govern content quality for client websites, apps, email campaigns and other channels
• Recruit, brief and manage vendors/contract staff for content management, including creative team, designers, translation
• Work with Partnership Development teams to align content with local/global objectives
• Raise awareness and train on content availability to drive adoption across the organization
