Job summary

You will develop and implement the Safety Management System, ensure compliance with MOM and WSH, conduct risk assessments, lead audits, and drive a safety-first culture on multi-disciplinary projects. Ideal candidate holds a WSH-related degree or diploma, with 8+ years of construction safety experience, strong communication skills, and ability to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in WSH related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant safety experience, preferably in construction.
• Strong knowledge of MOM standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Experience leading audits and investigations into incidents.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills; ability to foster a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Safety Management System and WSH policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards and mitigations.
• Lead safety inspections, audits, investigations, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate PTW oversight for high-risk works (hot works, confined spaces, lifts).
• Organize safety training programs and toolbox talks for workers and staff.
• Maintain safety records and generate reports; liaise with authorities as needed.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across projects.
