Job summary

STEADPATH ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Safety Officer to join our engineering and construction team.

You will ensure compliance with the WSH Act, implement safety policies, and coordinate with authorities as required. You will lead the Safety team and subcontractors, conduct risk assessments and daily site inspections, organize toolbox talks, and drive continuous safety improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workplace Safety & Health.
• Registered WSH Officer with MOM.
• Work-At-Height and Risk Management certificates.
• At least 3 years of site safety experience.
• Familiar with construction site safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act and regulations.
• Implement and maintain WSH procedures and recording systems.
• Plan and implement safety policies in compliance with local regulations.
• Lead safety team and subcontractors in safety system implementation.
• Conduct daily WSH inspections and prepare reports.
• Organize safety orientations and toolbox talks on site.
• Investigate near misses and incidents and recommend controls.
• Liaise with government authorities on safety matters.
