Experience in high rise building construction is required.

Responsibilities

Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
Ensure project compliance for all project related purchases.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and vendors for cost, quotes and samples.
Responsible for cost and contract negotiation and procurement.
Manage and oversee the material resource library.
Source for supplies and sub-contractors for tendering.
Interpret drawings and perform measurements from drawings.
Assist in ISO matters implementation.
Take care of Local Project.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
