RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering professional to lead high-rise construction projects in Singapore. The role reports to top management and requires delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

You will oversee a team of professional and technical staff in planning and daily operations, ensuring rigorous project governance and practical solutions across all project cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Singapore PE Board recognition preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-rise building projects.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
