Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering professional for project management across residential, factory, office, and warehouse developments in Singapore. The role focuses on master scheduling, site planning, and fulfilling contractual requirements.

The candidate should have at least 8 years of local experience, including project leadership as a PM, with strong budgeting, safety, and ISO documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. including construction engineering, construction technology & materials.
• At least 8 years of experience in Singapore in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse projects with at least one project as a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Study the given project and develop a master program and site facilities planning to meet the contractual schedule.
• Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project's budget and contract requirements.
• Lead staff on working with client/consultants on project scope to achieve quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with HQ departments on site budget, safety management system and ISO documentation.
• Prepare staff on roles and responsibilities and highlight project objectives and company policies.
• Work with the WSHO Officer to ensure site compliance with statutory requirements (Safety, ECM control, Noise, Vector, etc.).
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance/training programs.
