in Singapore seeks an Experienced Project Management Manager to lead Design & Build, New Build and A&A projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate across Architectural, Structural, M&E, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection and ACMV works, liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in Singapore construction industry.
• Proven experience in Design & Build, New Build projects and/or A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects.
• Strong knowledge of Architectural, Structural, M&E, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection and ACMV works.
• Able to review drawings and coordinate across all construction disciplines.
• Familiar with BCA, SCDF, PUB, MOM and local construction requirements.
• Able to coordinate and work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities and internal project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• 5.5 work/week

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Design & Build, New Build and A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects from start to completion.
• Oversee project planning, budget, schedule, manpower, procurement and site execution.
• Coordinate and manage Architectural, Structural, M&E, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection and ACMV works.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Review drawings and resolve design and site issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage project team and ensure smooth coordination between all parties.
