Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead design development through construction and final handover.

You will coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and end users to ensure timely decisions, manage D&B projects, monitor progress, and drive recovery measures to meet critical milestones and project objectives. You will supervise site activities, review drawings, ensure quality and safety compliance, and control costs and variations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably with D&B projects.
• Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, testing/commissioning and handover.
• Strong understanding of D&B procurement and delivery model and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project from design development through construction and final handover.
• Monitor subcontractors and project progress, identifying delays and interface issues.
• Coordinate closely with Client, Subcon, Consultants, end users and stakeholders for timely decisions and approvals.
• Oversee the D&B Contractor's construction activities and site progress.
• Monitor manpower, resources, productivity and construction sequencing.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, method statements and quality requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between architectural, structural, M&E and other works.
• Identify critical activities and drive recovery measures to meet milestones.
• Chair and lead regular project and design progress meetings and ensure timely close-out of actions.
