Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to lead construction projects. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in a similar position, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project, and strong communication and hands-on risk, quality, and cost control on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience working with main contractors in construction.
• Coordination and management of multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
• At least 3 years working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present schedules and progress to clients and management.
• On-site problem solving and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget for project delivery.
• Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and address project risks and issues.
• Ensure project adheres to contract terms and regulations.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor and control project expenses and budgets.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues.
• Ensure successful project handover and documentation.
