Job summary

HONG YUN SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee major construction and interior renovation projects in Singapore, from planning through completion.

The role emphasizes site supervision, safety compliance and stakeholder coordination. You will manage schedules, budgets, HR matters, and financial administration, while ensuring adherence to Singapore building regulations and WSH standards.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management (OTHM or equivalent) required.
• 8+ years of progressive construction project management experience.
• Experience integrating site supervision, HR coordination and financial administration.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction codes and WSH regulations.
• Proven ability in government liaison and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English for official documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction and interior renovation projects from planning to completion
• Oversee site operations, work progress, quality control and WSH safety compliance
• Plan project schedules, budget allocation, resource deployment and cost tracking
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and government authorities
• Manage HR matters including work pass administration, staff coordination and team leadership
• Oversee financial tasks such as payment follow-up, invoice verification and fund coordination
• Apply OTHM Level 7 management knowledge to optimise efficiency and business performance
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore building regulations and industry standards
