Job summary

HONG YUN SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Construction & Project Management Manager to lead end-to-end construction and interior renovation projects with full P&L accountability and cross-functional oversight.

You will design and implement project management frameworks, oversee multi-project planning and budgeting, and liaise with government bodies on regulatory compliance. The role requires a Level 7 qualification, 8+ years in construction project management and senior management

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management or Business Administration is required.
• 8+ years progressive experience in construction project management and business operations.
• Senior management experience, strategic planning and government liaison.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, WSH standards and employment laws.
• Proven track record in financial management, HR administration and business development.
• Fluent in English; strong interpersonal and leadership communication skills.
• Level 7 degree-equivalent qualification is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction and interior renovation projects with P&L accountability
• Design and implement project management frameworks, operational workflows and business processes
• Oversee multi-project planning, resource allocation, budgeting and cost control
• Liaise with government bodies including MOM, IRAS and ICA on regulatory compliance
• Manage company financial administration, payroll, HR systems and strategic planning
• Provide high-level management guidance to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
