Job summary

HONG YUN SG PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee construction site operations, monitor progress, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in Singapore.

You will ensure WSH compliance, manage HR tasks such as visa/work pass handling, onboarding and leave, and support cost tracking, budgeting and reporting while interfacing with clients, contractors and government bodies. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma Level 7 in Management (OTHM or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years experience in construction, combining site management, HR coordination and basic accounting/administration.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards, WSH regulations and work pass procedures.
• Strong communication skills for liaison with government bodies, clients and internal teams.
• Fluent in English for professional documentation and official correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction site operations, work progress, schedules and team coordination
• Manage quality control, WSH safety compliance and on-site workflow
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, clients and project stakeholders
• Assist in HR & personnel matters: work pass application/renewal, staff onboarding, leave records and employee coordination
• Support accounting & finance tasks: payment follow-up, invoice verification, expense tracking, cost recording and fund coordination
• Assist in project administration: documentation, progress reporting, budget monitoring and cross-team communication
• Liaise with government authorities, MOM, IRAS and related bodies on compliance matters
• Apply management knowledge to optimise site efficiency, team performance and administrative processes
