Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager to lead complex commercial office, retail, and showroom fit-out projects internationally from Singapore. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, risk and procurement, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver on time and within budget.

You will guide junior team members, promote collaboration, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and governance standards across site activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques.
• Proven experience leading small to medium sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, safety, environmental standards and scheduling requirements are met.
• Manage master programme implementation with milestones and delivery timelines.
• Update and maintain programmes with weekly plans, look-ahead schedules and inspections communicated to stakeholders.
• Plan and organize statutory inspections and ensure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
