Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking a Construction Senior Manager to lead major manufacturing and cleanroom construction projects. You will manage a team of engineers and third-party builders, coordinating with factory, operations, and supply chain partners to meet demanding schedules and budgets.

You will supervise design execution, act as Owner's representative during detailed design and construction, and drive cost, scope, and schedule control while implementing change processes and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
10+ years in Semiconductor Facilities with 5+ years leading construction projects.
Experience leading large-scale manufacturing/cleanroom/semiconductor construction projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Oversee supervision of all construction for Micron's Singapore major manufacturing and cleanroom projects.
Provide project leadership for construction execution.
Assemble a team of engineering specialists for smooth project execution.
Coordinate with design team and facilities operations partners to develop detailed scope.
