Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager for F10 Construction to lead major manufacturing and cleanroom projects.

You will work with a team of engineers and third-party builders, coordinating with factory, operations, and supply chain partners to meet demanding schedules and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising all construction, leading design and field activities, and serving as Owner's representative to resolve buildability and sequencing issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Semiconductor Facilities.
• At least 5 years leading construction projects and managing engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to safety and maintaining a safe project environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction for Micron Singapore’s major manufacturing and cleanroom projects.
• Provide project leadership for construction execution and budget control.
• Assemble and lead a team of engineering specialists for project success.
• Coordinate with design, facilities operations, and project engineers.
• Represent Owner to resolve construction and design conflicts.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and cost and manage change control.
