Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Global Facilities Project Engineer to lead new construction project planning and ensure alignment with user requirements.

You will develop schedules, budgets and resource plans, manage project reporting, and maintain clear communications with stakeholders to deliver on time and within cost. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. Experience in semiconductor fab construction preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in project management, planning or schedule control.
• Fresh grads welcome to apply.
• Strong MS Office and project management software skills (Microsoft Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead, coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage new construction project planning processes.
• Set objectives, scope and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Prepare space, cost and schedule reports for management.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets and resources.
• Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships across teams.
• Ensure roles and responsibilities are clear within the project team.
