Job summary

Micron Singapore is seeking a Construction Electrical Engineer to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems in semiconductor facilities. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust electrical infrastructure for cleanrooms and process areas.

The role requires strong technical expertise, project leadership, and hands‑on site oversight, with a focus on safety, compliance, and timely handover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale electrical construction programs including installation and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Design & Engineering: develop detailed electrical designs for manufacturing, cleanrooms, and process areas.
• Stakeholder & Program Management: liaison with project owners, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; set milestones and KPIs.
• Construction Support & Installation Oversight: guide installation, review submittals, perform site inspections.
• Testing, Commissioning, & Handover: oversee testing, commissioning, and handover documentation; support ramp to operations.
• Compliance, Safety, & Continuous Improvement: ensure codes and safety standards; pursue energy efficiency and digital improvements.
